        Very good set up if you are into calisthenics, impressed as not a lot of gyms have a good set up when it comes to pull ups. They have rings, monkey bars, various pull up bars, rings, dip station and much more. Its a small gym but they hold some good classes, so go on over if you are in troon. You won't regret it...
