Very belated review. Apologies I thought I had written a review at the time. James, Kevin and James Father the Civil engineer helped with a very difficult situation with the pipes running to my septic tank. Constant blockages to my 100 year old pipes leading to my septic tank. These guys cleared the initial blockage and then camera surveyed the entire system, they identified roots coming through joins on a 30 metre run and broken pies and partial collapse further up. They re-lined the root affected pipes and dug iup and replaced the collapsed ones, the technology was amazing for re-lining the pipes. Now had nearly 5 years trouble free use and saved me thousands on a potential replacement septic tank. Cant recommend highly enough, friendly helpful and professional. In a nutshell, these guys are efficient, effective, professional and deliver a customer centric experience - very pleased. They are easy to deal with, came out quickly, determined the problem and went the extra mile. I would use them again.

I would highly recommend Drain Doctor . James arrived within a few hours of my call and cleared the blocked drain effectively. He then checked drain with camera to ensure problem was resolved. I would use this service again for any drainage issues

First class service during Easter holiday weekend. James came out same afternoon and cleared our outside drain by high pressure water jetting. Cleaned up work area before leaving. Thanks James.
