        Booked appointment on line. I was emailed asking if my car was 5 door and if is so was I happy to proceed at increased price. I emailed back confirming I was happy to go ahead. No one showed up to appointment. I phoned and left a message asking if they were just running late. An hour later I still had not heard from them. Phoned again asking if they intended on showing up at all today. Still no answer. No email. Not very professional and I would not recommend using them Services: Auto interior vacuuming, Seat shampooing
