We had an emergency situation where funeral undertakers had let us down and we needed an order of service printed at extremely short notice. Alan was absolutely marvellous. He took the document that we emailed him on the morning of the funeral, sorted out the ordering and printed off 30 copies on lovely board in very short order. I was able to pick them up only minutes before the limousine arrived to take us to the crematorium. The order of service was commented on very favourably by those attending my sister's funeral. Alan had made a really lovely job of it. Thank you so much, Alan, on behalf of myself and my family for making an extremely difficult situation that much easier.
