AC's Taxis & Minibuses

I previously had a 5 star review on here. Moved to 2 star. I've had to stop getting acs now as they don't give receipts. What makes it worse is they say everytime I'll get the head office to send it over. They sometimes even take down my email. But you never get one, and even a phone call and email to the head office asking leads to no response. Now use premier taxis.

If you need to be at your destination at a particular time do not use this company. My fianc has been late to work twice now after ACs turning up 30 mins late both times for a pre booked fair. After the first time we gave them the benefit of the doubt however after arriving late for the second time due to the lackadaisical approach of the company we wont be using them for this again. When you call to ask about where the taxi is you are met with the response, theres nothing we can do. I think the bare minimum would be a courtesy call to customers to let them know how late you will be arriving.
