This is a wonderful family business. I felt valued as a customer and was provided with excellent service. The owners listen to what you need and then offer various options. This business was also competitively priced, we visited 3 companies but felt that A1 sheds gave the best price for a quality product. They explained clearly how and when delivery would happen and fitted exactly to our time scale requirements. I would highly recommend this company to others. Every question I had was answered ( I am new to shed buying!) Delivery happened exactly when it had been arranged for and the installers were highly professional. They arrived on time, asked what options we would prefer as the shed was erected (e.g which way would we like the door to open, etc) If looking to buy a shed look no further! After having our lovely summerhouse delivered and installed on the 1st June, we were able to use it for all of 1 week at most. It has since sat with 4 buckets in it to catch rain water. Despite contacting A1 sheds immediately and filling in the requested online paperwork and sending photos to TGB sheds Scotland as advised they have failed to come and repair fault/replace roof felt or whatever is required. On contacting A1 sheds again, we were assured that someone would be in touch on either Friday past (17th) or today regarding a date for repair. Still nothing!! Very disappointed all round.
