As a family, we all go to Mongomery's - adults and kids - and the experience has always been positive, friendly and very helpful. They do not push you to get new glasses if you don't need them. Well worth going along to.

We moved from a well known chain who have a head office in the chanel Islands because we wanted a more relaxed service, previously we have been in a production line and felt that not enough time was being given to our needs. The service we received from montgomerys is completely different there is non of this hurry hurry, and they take the time to understand what you need. No pressure to buy glasses or take out contact lens in fact quite the reverse. I had to ask for new glasses and again the service was brilliant keep up the good work.

Staff and optician was really great...however I did not like any of the glasses so provided my own....1 pair was a bit big so asked for then to be my prescription sunglasses as they wouldn't be used often and the other my day to day glasses however they were mixed up and can't wear my day glasses as they fall off my face! I should have mentioned at the time but didn't want to create a fuss :(
