Kitchens & Bathrooms by Coast

I engaged with Ewan and Alistair on a potential kitchen renovation and, whilst I did not go with Coast in the end, it was certainly no reflection on them. They were both extremely helpful, and innovative, and made every effort to bring their proposals within my budget. It was a very difficult decision and I know that if I had chosen Coast, the team would have delivered a high quality stylish kitchen. I would definitely consider them for any future projects.

Coast is an excellent company to deal with. From the start, where Ewan smoothly helped us realign our initial aspiration with our actual budget, we felt our satisfaction was important to the company. When building delays held kitchen installation back by several months, this was accommodated without complaint, although the extended storage of our units must have been inconvenient for Coast. The installation itself was a work of art and undertaken with all the skill that we could have hoped for. And even though the main contractor disturbed the alignment of one cabinet, Coast came back and fixed it without complaint. In summary, Coast has demonstrated a real commitment to delivering customer satisfaction and I would have no reservation at all in recommending them to anyone looking for a new kitchen. We used Kitchens & Bathrooms by Coast to replace our existing ovens, hob and hob hood. They were the ONLY firm we approached that had zero issues with replacing our existing appliances without purchasing a whole new kitchen. Several companies at the Fort and elsewhere said they would only replace appliances IF we bought a new kitchen from them. From the outset, we were provided with good information regarding possible options and the pros/cons of each. A fully honest opinion with no hard sell tactics at all. We went for Neff products, and the firm were honest to say that they couldn't provide an accurate timeline before our chosen items would be available - reflected by the statements on the Neff website explaining that due to supply issues, all of their lines were experiencing delays to production - a lot of which were categorised as "severe delays.". This is obviously out with Coast's control. Once the items came into stock, they were fitted within days and in a highly friendly and professional manner. If we are in the position of requiring a new kitchen or a bathroom we would use them without hesitation. We are super impressed with this company and cannot recommend them highly enough.

From concept to completion, Ewan and his team were professional, courteous, accommodating and patient - who doesn't change their minds halfway through! The standard of the design and it's implementation was excellent. Time frames were realistic and so were kept to, and his team were always prepared to work with the other trades we had in the house at the same time. We're delighted with our kitchen and if we ever decide to do another renovation, we won't hesitate to go back to Kitchens & Bathrooms by Coast. So pleased with our newly completed en suite shower room. Ewans design addressed all of the problems we had with our old shower room, giving us more space and storage in a small space which will now be much easier to use. The fitting was managed with care by the team, problems encountered when stripping out the old suite addressed without fuss and updates on progress given as the work proceeded. Very happy with the standard of finish and the final, much cleaner, modern look.
