        Can't fault this surgery, the staff are amazing. I'm extremely grateful for the support they've provided me and my family over the years. Fair play, it can be a bit of a nightmare getting through on the phone when busy, but it's not the surgery's fault - speak with your local MP about it if it's an issue, little point grumbling at reception staff. Thanks TMP, keep up the good work!

        This is the worst medical practice I have ever had the misfortune to be a patient of in my life. If I could go somewhere else I would, but that is not an option The staff are rude, and in my opinion poorly trained in dealing with the public. The practice manager should be sent on a public relations course as soon as possible . I do believe the job is beyond her capabilities Your reviews are shocking, but then again are they ever read I think this is doubtful. If I could give you no stars I would
