Royal Bank of Scotland

VERY DISGUSTED!! The Royal Bank of Scotland are not disabled friendly! They do nothing to help their customers! I am housebound/bed bound due to the severity of chronic pain I suffer from 24 hours per day, EVERY DAY due to damage to my spinal discs and that I have severe mobility issues! . I have been trying to cash my cheque now for 4 WEEKS, as RBS said that they would arrange a home visit and have not, I am now running out of money on my account!! Royal Bank of Scotland have not been helpful to me what so ever, but are making me feel very very ashamed of being disabled!! I am now feeling humiliated every time I phone about the issue and wishing I was dead instead of being either housebound or bed bound :'-( I am however now considering changing my bank to a different company and withdrawing all my from the RBS and going elsewhere, despite having been with them for over 20 years! I am not only disgusted, but very sad and disappointed at RBS discrimination against me, and hurt at being punished by them for having disabilities which have me housebound!

The staff are friendly highly experienced and very helpfull to all. Its a shame the building itself lets the staff and customers down

Service is slow and staff are often unfriendly. Their knowledge of products and services varies a lot and it's not uncommon to be given the wrong information.
