D&A Recovery & Transport

Tried contacting Dean several times, had told me he will recover a vehicle for me and never got back to me after that apparently his truck broke down in london and he was supposed to receive his new one on Thursday now a Saturday and hasn't still got back to me lost my deposit due to this, wouldn't recommend anyone to rely on this recovery company as they don't deliver the service they're supposed to provide, why take on a job you can't do, had agreed a price with dean but had no reply or any response to my calls.

I broke down north of the Scottish border on the Hogmanay weekend late at night with a pickup truck full of our Christmas holiday week away gear. I needed to get to Newcastle and the RAC couldn't help me. Vehicle recoveries were all busy, or didnt have a vehicle at hand to take a pickup truck, it looked like I was sleeping in the layby. Dean rang back when he missed my first call and he was able to come and get me, with a trailer and took me back home in under two hours AND he is courteous enough to slide his ramps away quietly to not wake the neighbours. Absolute star. Don't hesitate to ring him if you're stuck. Services: Car towing, Special vehicle towing

I broke down on the outskirts of Edinburgh after 6 hours of driving from the Isle of Skye. Dean came all the way from the Borders and picked me and my dog, luggage and the car up and took us home. Then took my car to my garage and dropped it off. Cannot thank him enough and it was a Sunday as well . Gone was his Sunday afternoon. He deserves top rating in my book.
