        I ordered a reed diffuser which was dealt with very promptly and dispatched within a couple of days. Unfortunately Royal Mail have failed to deliver 2 weeks after posting. However, when I contacted both Martin and Daniel from the company about the situation, they offered me a refund which was processed in under 24hrs. Excellent service in these difficult times.

        Great selection of gifts, crafts etc. Handmade items, postcards, fridge magnets. If your in tobermory pop in, the lady behind the counter is very pleasant and friendly.
