        used the number provided to call my local branch but was eventually after much pressing individual digits passed on to a call centre, who eventually redirected me to my branch !!!!! I DON'T WANT A CALL CENTRE " I WANT MY BRANCH" Time is money and I'm sure the bank does not wish to have time wasted ! nor do I from picking up the phone to speaking to someone in my local branch took 10 mins, this is not acceptable.
