Al definitely provides a 5 star service: reliable, professional, punctual, tidy and honest. I had been looking for a reliable plumber for a while, they all run when there is not enough work and all disappear once better jobs come up, its not Alcase. Highly recommended!!!

Highly recommended. We had an emergency when a pipe burst in the loft and the bedroom ceiling fell through. Al came straight away, shut off the mains water and replaced the joint in the pipes. Still lots to be done but the source of the leak was sorted quickly and effectively by Al.

Al cleared our completely blocked kitchen drain. On time, very professional and left my sink cleaner than it has been for some time! Certainly recommend.

Had a leak at toilet. Phoned Al who came out next day. Very friendly, polite and professional. Clean tidy and on time. Fixed the problem and also noticed grit underneath the flush which he also fixed. Would definitely recommend. Thank you very much Al Charmaine
