My recommendation is to avoid this company. I left two car seats on 30 April for some work to be carried out. On the 27 May I was promised that they would be ready the following week (promise broken). On 09 June I was promised that they would be ready the following week. I asked for a guarantee that they would be ready as I had plans and was given a guarantee (promise/guarantee broken). On the 17 June I was promised that they would be ready after Wednesday next week (promise broken). I decided to go and collect the seats on 25 June as I had no response to the latest message I had left. Asked Scott when I arrived if he had started the seats and he said not and told me that he was still waiting for some materials to arrive! So you have to question why keep making promises that they would be ready when materials were still to arrive? We feel that there are some major issues with honesty. We are trying to support small businesses but this company has certainly undermined the cause.
