Thought we try locally... Jim was prompt and fire place in fitted in a morning.. We paid him that day. No Aftercare service.... I have sent a photo and left message to ask to check fireplace. No reply... AFTERCARE SERVICE BAD...I would not recommend.

Started off requesting a visit to chat about our instal. A no-show on the first weekend, second weekend Mark appeared and everything perked up, nice guy, down to earth. After that visit, and numerous calls later to chase up our quote we finally gave up and went elsewhere. Shame as by all accounts he does a good job. Courtesy costs nothing and I would suggest that if he was too busy he should have told us that instead of just ignoring us.

I arranged a survey (at beggining of July) to be taken out in our home to put in a new fireplace. Everything seemed fine and we were ready to let JM Wild Fireplaces carry out the work. The guy (Mark) said he will send us brochures, so we can pick fireplace. Two weeks go by and we still never recieved brochures. I Text Mark and he said brochures where in van (which is in garage) and he will get them to me ASAP. Another 2 weeks go by and I text him again only for him to say he's on holidy but will deliver them Saturday (6th August). Its now 22nd August. And we still haven't recieved those brochures. I really did want to use a local business that's only 2 miles away. But in doing so i have wasted weeks.

Just had a chimney liner fitted and stove maintained. First class service from start to finish. Very professional service. Clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Recently ordered a new stove for my living room (settled on the Dunsley Highlander 5 solo slimline stove, polished granite hearth and graphite slate waterfall chamber from the Penman collection). Mark undertook a survey, suggested a few options for me to consider and provided a comprehensive quote. Throughout negotiations, Mark was knowledgeable and approachable and answered any queries I had both on the stove models and the installation process. Mark was also eager to accommodate any additional requests. Mark's team attended and created a new opening in the chimney breast for the cavity for the stove and did a comprehensive job over the course of two days. Mark's colleague Brian also attended for the installation and did a clean and tidy installation. Happy with the service and already recommended Mark to family for their stove installation.
