Messed about for my post partum check up. Initially told I can't book appointment as it needs to be within next 4 weeks. Second time I called computer system down, call back tomorrow. Third time calling, no we can only book appointments a week in advance. Maybe I will be fourth time lucky booking a appointment. Probably not.

I tried calling to book an appointment as ive had a few health issues. But its fair to say they dont care about what issues you are having they will just be point blank rude and tell you they have no appointments for the day. Even though i tried to explain id take the next available appointment they just kept saying they had none and actually hung up on me. Surely they could have said they had one within a few weeks/months. But to hang up on someone whos seeking medical help is a joke. Just glad I never had something more serious going on. So thanks for your help lorraine Ill definitely be looking for another doctors to be attending in the future. Horrible horrible person

Had the absolute worse experience with this practice. No empathy at all when calling up to say that I need immediate help with depression and anxiety because my rabbit died at 14 years old. They were not happy to help me at all and brushed me off. I am moving practices with immediate effect and I hope that anyone else that feels they have been mistreated do too as I know Im not the only one. #mentalhealthmatter #RIPLorraine

Whilst I welcome face to face appointments now I have experienced some poor consultations. Firstly I saw a doctor who stopped a medication I relied upon, no discussion in that regard, it wasn't till I tried a repeat prescription to find it was taken away fro me. A couple of weeks ago I called in on the passing to arrange a doctors appointment, I was seen the same day with a nurse practitioner, all I heard from her was what she couldn't do for me and very little about anything else, she arranged a doctors appointment for one week later. When I arrived for my appointment I saw a young lady, mabe a junior doctor. She LISTENED to what concerned me. Then a doctor was called in and the whole listening stopped, I really felt I was interrupting the doctors coffee break. None of my concerns were really taken on board and left with an x-ray appointment. All other symptoms were ignored in fact she didn't look me in the eye. I do appreciate it has been a very difficult couple of years but now we are almost out of that period I do expect a better service.
