Recently bought a hot tub from Hot Springs 18 months ago, after doing research online and finding that the came highly recommended i decided to give them call and visit the showroom. Upon purchasing a freshwater hot tub it then got delivered and installed by themselves and time was spent with myself and my wife on the workings of the hot tub. Since purchasing the hot tub we have had to contact the company on a number of occasions to ask for advice on the settings and general maintenance and during these discussions our experience has been amazing and nothing was too much hassle. It has been great to find a company prepared to go the extra mile to help their customers. Couldnt recommend them highly enough, great work.

The hot tub itself is fantastic. A great quality product and reasonable to run, Unfortunately the delivery was not great as my composite decking was damaged and although I advised Hotspas Sterling there was no attempt to offer to fix it or offer compensation.
