We planned to collect on Friday then drive through to our accomodation we had booked the night before the wedding.
We paid in full a few weeks prior to needing outfit.
............The Friday before the Wedding.... l arrived at 3pm to find the shop closed!! l couldn't believe it.....
Noy ONCE had they mentioned limited hours/ or the fact that they couldn't be bothered to even phone to say outfit not collected or we close early 2pm!!@ on a Friday... l mean really...
So we lost a nights accomodation away.
My partner went next morning to collect outfit.
The young guy showed no empathy. My partner asked him if everything was in bag and he said yes.....
On checking ...No Socks for quilt !! Really bad.... then the shoes were an 11 and should of been a 10...only noticed shoes at Wedding...
Terrible .....l would not recommend this place...
l did email them the day thus happened to complain but l recieved no responce....l do
not normally post but decided to let other people know...
Hopefully they have a better system in place... yes l suppose they can use covid as an excuse but Really!..lf your open for business act like you care and customer service is part of it... Rant Over....
