Contacted William Duncan and received a response straight away. They came out really quickly to view the job and the quote was instant. The process to accept the quote and pay the invoice was flawless - all done online. The job was done to a very high standard with no mess. We were a bit worried as we had not long decorated with a new carpet but you would never have known anything had been done. Excellent service from beginning to end with great workmanship and professionalism. Would highly recommend William Duncan and will certainly be using them again.

Had a new kitchen fitted and needed RCD board upgrade at the same time. All the services were great - electrician, joiner, plumber & plasterer. Now have a lovely new kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble and the guys were all helpful & professional. Have always used this company for any electrical work as they come out promptly and do an excellent job. Would highly recommend & use again.

A highly professional and capable team. We were taking our property off gas, which meant isolating the gas supply and capping the old pipework within the house, and then the installation of a second 32A circuit to the kitchen for an induction hob. We decided to get a new consumer unit as well, to make sure that everything in the house was safe and up to spec. This was a bigger job than I'd imagined, especially as the new RCA unit then tripped with faults not previously found in the property. Billy himself was on the job, and quickly found the fault and fixed it, and then explained to me what was wrong. Overall we are very satisfied with the work that was carried out; the standard of finish and cleanliness was excellent, and the peace of mind from having a professional check over the house was well worth the cost of the job. I would recommend them to anyone for any domestic job. Services: General repairs, Electrical panel replacement or upgrading, Electrical fixture installation
