We spent 2 nights here on our way to join a day trip to the Orkneys. This was the worst stay of our trip to Scotland. I know you get what you pay for but the bed was so uncomfortable!!! I could feel the springs when I lay my hand on the mattress. The kitchen area wasn't clean and the rooms lacked privacy as you could hear sounds from the ajoining room. Close to the supermarket but that's about the only positive. A definite NO for staying here!!!

A good cozy hostel, nice fully equiped kitchen. Beds could have been better though, you can literally feel the springs under you. Walkability: 10 min walk from the Railway station.
