Just pan fried the lemon sole, served with lemon and cream sauce (homemade) it was the best lemon sole I have eaten, and I have actually paid a lot of money for the same dish in restaurants. If you are lucky enough to live near, or visit Scrabster I think you need to buy some lemon sole, and other fish from Bells Seafood, you will not be disappointed! My partner who has never tried lemon soul before said it is the best fish he has ever tasted. Salmon tomorrow I think
