    The worst cashier and worst time wasters pharmacist.they don't have any experience. I hope today is my last day of visiting them. I would never suggest anyone to go there. They don't even worth one star. Staff is very rude especially one brown hair skinny long behind the cashier.

    Were do i start this shop reminds me of a famous Glasgow joke shop than a pharmacy Was meant to pick up my prescription every 4 weeks but recently it has been every 7 weeks ? And still short of items There is no Composition that is why boots can treat customers Like that I have reported this shop to boots head office still waiting in reply needed my blood pressure tablets over the festive period phoned the main st shop was told to phone Emergency medical number When to morrisons Pharmacist And was given a short supply of tablets to see me over the festive season Terrible way to treat a disabled OAP When I called into the shop to collect my Prescription Was told I was no longer a customer with them and to go elsewhere and get my medicine Can't believe this is the way I have been treated by them I think it was because I reported them to their head office The female Manager is a joke who could not speak to me face-to-face when I was in the shop She let her assistant the nosey Parker one who's always Interfering in other people's business i feel sorry for the OAP of thornliebank who have to put up with this disgraceful set up
