Paid a lot of money to get our gutters cleaned, but they somehow failed to remove a couple of tall weeds growing from the back gutter. They still havent been round to finish the job even though they said they would. Also paid them to clear a blocked downpipe, but they failed to clear it, and instead damaged the pipe underground making the issue far worse.

I contacted MKM to fix a leaky gutter in Dec 2020. They attended in Feb and done a repair which failed the 1st rainy day afterwards. I called them again after this and they said they would send someone out to take a look. Didn't hear back, called them again last week and left a further message, no response. Will take my business elsewhere.

I could not recommend this company enough - possibly the first company of it's kind that I've dealt with that treated me like a real person and valued customer. Every single person we came in contact with at MKM was pleasant, upfront, helpful and kind. They were quick, worked round the clock to get the job done and put our needs first, with wonderful extra touches like cleaning up thoroughly after a days work. The finished job was excellent. If you are in the Glasgow area do not look anywhere else for property services, they will never match up to these guys! Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof inspection, Roof repair
