We sort of knew what we wanted and Stuart came up with a digital drawing and added in his own design ideas which we hadnt thought of. We decided to go with his ideas and were extremely pleased with the end result. The fitters had a few issues with our original plumbing system which had been installed incorrectly when the house was built but managed to work round it and sort it out. We recently used Stuart to add additional kitchen storage space to our utility area following a recent extension. From coming up with initial concepts right through to installation, Stuart's level of professionalism and service was outstanding. We really appreciated his design expertise and he listened to what was important to us for the project. Stuart maintained close contact throughout and made the whole process really hassle free.
