My wife arrived for her pre-booked appointment. Before taking her jacket off, she was told there would be a 5 surcharge due to length of hair. After waiting 30 minutes, she asked how long it will be to which the they replied "at least another 30 minutes". She asked why they were quick to mention about the extra cost but not that they were running late. The response she got was rude and aggressive as they blamed her for booking late on a Saturday morning for an afternoon appointment. However, if there were any issues with the timing, it should have been mentioned at the time of booking or when she arrived at the premises about being late. A courtesy call back before the appointment would have been appreciated. We have a newborn and toddler at home so it is difficult to forward plan or else an appointment could have been made a few days in advance. Its frustrating to make an appointment, arrive on time and then after waiting 30 minutes to ask the staff how long it will take instead of them mentioning it. Unprofessional, poor customer service and organisation.
