I chose Bespoke Garage Conversions to do my garage after getting quotes from a few people because John and Joanne were professional and responsive. The work included knocking through from my living room, completely fitting out the new space, creating a cupboard around my boiler and electrical supply unit and fitting full width patio doors. The work was done in about two weeks end to end and everyone involved was professional and easy to work with - with a great result. We love the room and it's a great addition to our house! Never followed through on any job. The garage has been left unfinished. John wont return our calls. We were hounded for payment before completion of the project and many false promises. Now we are left with an unfinished garage. Water coming in through the roof and now having to pay another builder to fix the problems. Really disappointed as the garage had potential!!!!! Extremely disappointed and would not recommend!!!!

Similar experience to Claire (other review). Do not use this company. After care is non-existent. Many snagging issues including large crack in ceiling, and gaps in the skirtings still to be resolved. John (Bespoke) will not answer his phone, emails or texts. I'm now considering legal action.
