Very happy with all aspects of the funeral arrangements and organisation. Very professional, easy to work with, regular updates. They were sensitive to our needs. Special mention to Julie at Thornliebank, she made the whole process from start to finish straightforward, nothing was too much trouble, she genuinely cared, had a lovely nature, and managed to strike the right balance between being professional yet being very caring and sensitive.

We honestly cannot thank you all enough, from the respectful way you took our father from his home into your care to taking him on his last journey past his local pub. Everything was conducted with true kindness and compassion. Our dad lived a simple life with no thrills but you all helped us giving him a beautiful send off. We were also extremely moved with the little candle that was left in his memory. Its the small details that made it so lovely. Thank you to all involved
