i love this dentist wouldnt go anywere else .the staff are amazing

Had an appointment to get a filling done yet dentist lady checked a molar that was causing problems & a filling had fell out but got anestetic on molar & told that wouod need to come out which I don't mind but while awaiting on numbness she was cleaning around my teeth and I hit the boak to which I automatically turned & covered my mouth but I got several moaned at and also told if I do it again then they can't do the work...not being funny buta not the 1st to boak/sick at a dentist and due to it the work didn't get carried put and my mouth left in pain to which I wpuod say more sore, the anestetic has numbed my tooth, gum, jaw & tongue & also in extreme pain, I have been in pain for nearly 5hrs now but I won't be bk as bad experience

This is my third time at this Dental practice and a rate it as one of the best in Glasgow Aneela is fantastic at her job always works at high grade good attitude and very friendly all the staff have a great attitude very organised and always have a smile on there face and a pleasant attitude a wouldnt go anywhere else due to the great costumer service and attitude its a great Dentist anyone in or around the Thorliebank area a would highly advise thanks Aneela keep up the good work. Ive been attending this practice for a few years now. Firstly, I would like to comment on how immaculate the whole practice is, whether its the treatment rooms or the waiting rooms - it is spotless! Every member of staff I have encountered have been the epitome of professionalism. The manner in which they interact with their patients is unlike any I have encountered before. You walk in and are greeted with a huge smile from practice manager Mel - always available to help and provide a laugh! Aneela, the dentist I attend is exceptional! Aneela fights for a top level of care for each of her patients. She is so gentle, kind, considerate and is more than happy to accommodate her patients preferred treatment plan. Aneela is a true professional and master of her craft. After attending this practice I can genuinely say that I am more informed on the health of my teeth enabling me to be able to properly attend to them at home to prevent issues arising. My mum has a terrible fear of dentists In general due to previous issues. The second my mum first walked into then practice she felt comfortable and after talking with the staff her anxieties were eased. I cant begin to explain how incredible thornliebank dental practice is - I cant recommend it highly enough. Thank you!
