Well. The owner is extremely rude. He refuses to be helpful in any way and has been dismissive and harsh since he took over the business. So for the past 2 times entering the store I have chosen to keep the peace and to be served on the second till the other gentleman is on. Each time I have entered there's been no queue so I didnt feel this was an issue. I wanted to have good customer service. On my visit today, again I chose to wait the 30 seconds for the one customer to pay and leave before being served by the nicer young gentleman. Because of this the owner has now refused my services. When I asked him why he told me I should attend the free tills and because I don't im not to be served. Then started speaking in urdu to his son to call more customers and refuse my service. I genuinely didn't say a thing to this guy I just tried to choose the most peaceful route since he's rude but now he's refused service . I didnt even get mad I just said OK and left. What else can I do?

If always found staff there really helpful if looking for something if not got they ask if come bk they pick it up for me and out of three times they have sent got it for me its always just been couple days. There really good as save me walk they told me to phone ask if they got it fir myself couple things they said they dont really sell lot but they pick few them up for shop and however much needed. One thing didnt sell but woman who shop is let her know she bring in for myself which have done phoned couple days before sent it was there so grateful means no walk to Sainsburys as biggest supermarket near myself. Cant recommend them enough.

If there is 0 star I would give to this shop. Never left a negative review in my life. I was trying to use the amazon return service in this shop. I didn't have to package my parcel but I still did. The shop keeper is nothing but rude to me and refused to do anything. And he pointed to my sealed parcel said if anything missing it's not their responsibility. It's a big parcel so to me he is ready to open and see if there is anything he like? And anything missing of course it's not his responsibility. I left the shop with my parcel and realized I returned a Dior t shirt last year but Dior received an empty box. I don't want to be assumptive. But just be aware of the rudeness and zero service.
