Country Cuddles

The only kennels I will put my dog to. Edna is wonderful and treats them like royalty - my dog comes home looking like shes had a trip to the spa!

My dog is well looked after at Country Cuddles.They walk the dogs in Blairadam woods and there is a huge fenced in play area next to the kennels where my dog plays with his ball with a staff member. Staff always pleasant

My parents dropped the dog off here and upon picking her up were told the dog was making a nuisance of herself by scratching at the door, so they chucked a bowl of water at her and then she did it again so chucked another bowl of water at her and that shut her up. Im absolutely appalled and heartbroken at hearing this. We had used this kennel before a couple of times and not heard of anything like that being done previously. Shes an incredibly anxious dog, the weather is horribly cold right now, and I can only imagine how uncomfortable, cold and frightened she must have been. I hope this was a one-off occurrence for the sake of owners and dogs alike, but I cant say I can trust them again after hearing of this abuse.

AVOID, Me and my wife went to visit this kennels about 7 months ago, we asked the women if our dates were available but then we never got back in touch to book because we didnt like the kennels, they were dirty. Then randomly on our wedding eve she phoned my wife giving her a pile of abuse because we never showed up with our dogs, so she booked us in just without our say so when we went for our visit, why? I dont know. The way she spoke to my wife was shocking, so unprofessional and unbelievably rude. I would never let a woman with that anger and attitude look after my pets.

Great place with amazing staff. Our doggo enjoyed his stay and will definitely leave him with them the next time we need to travel.
