Giuseppe's food was amazing! From start to finish, canaps, starters, mains to desert, the flavours, presentation and quality was bellisimo! Everything so well presented - a restaurant in our own home, cannot recommend highly enough. Giuseppe is a talented chef and a lovely man who produced a very special dinner for us and our ten guests.

I booked Giuseppe for a dinner party for my 40th birthday, for 10 people. He cooked an outstanding 4 course dinner.plus canaps, the food was incredible, he was so friendly and made the night a great success. He brought everything and left the place spotless. We booked Giuseppe for an annual dinner with a group of friends visiting Scotland. The entire experience from the never-ending appetizers to the fabulous dessert was exceptional. Giuseppe was charming and friendly throughout, taking care of all the details and explaining each delicious dish. We all agreed that Giuseppe was the best in-home chef we have booked in the 16 years weve held this globe-trotting gathering, and would highly recommend Giuseppe to anyone visiting the St. Andrews area!

Giuseppe prepared what can only be described as a masterful meal for our group while visiting Carphin House. The courses were thoughtfully paired and the preparation was exceptional. Giuseppe's personal warmth comes through in his every interaction -- and especially his cooking. The dinner he prepared was by far the best of our entire trip to Scotland, and we would recommend him enthusiastically to all who are seeking a special meal prepared by a kind chef with great attention to the smallest details.
