Had a terrible experience with this company. Owner/ manager lied to my face on several occasions. I would not trust them under any circumstance.

I was a tenant of this company for over 7 years. Never had speedy response to any of the problems from them. Couldn't use my driveway for months while the roof was getting fixed, could get my oven fix, could get anything done about moulding in the property. I had to put up with all this while I paid my rent always on time. Got a rent increase just after lock down,I couldn't even register my partner to the property, because landlords did not give us a new lease. I moved out moths ago and still did not get my deposit back due to a decoration issue that the landlord decided to take firs 109 than that increased to 150 so my advice stay away from renting from this company.

Great letting company. I really enjoyed being a tenant of theirs. They reacted quickly when I needed repairs and were incredibly friendly throughout all the processes of moving in / during tenancy / moving out. Would happily rent with them again!

I rented with this company for 13 years and the only reason I left was a relocation for family reasons otherwise I would still be there. I can honestly say this is the best property management company I have ever rented from. They were professional, kind, courteous, and very prompt to deal with any small repair or advice required. They are extremely knowledgeable in health & safety matters and are of such high standard that I would like all property management companies to be held to.
