Had an engagement ring made here to my own design. Demanded an extra 1000 after she had started making ring and refused to refund my deposit. Had no choice but to go ahead. Was lied to about where ring was made. Had to get a professional jeweller to sort shoddy workmanship. Absolutely ridiculous service. Has the cheek to use it as her main picture on website.

Spoke to Genna about getting a custom ring made for a birthday, and she was excellent throughout the entire process. It was incredibly easy to have a custom gift made, and If I need more items made in the future, I will definitely go to her first.

Genna designed and made three lovely pairs of earrings. I gave her an indication of what i was looking for and she added her own personal style. All were beautiful and and have been greatly admired by others. The process was so easy and Genna was great to work with.

Genna has lots of lovely jewellery to buy. The best things are bespoke though. She made me a few unique items using much loved heirlooms and updating them.
