Rarely write reviews but feel this is well deserved. So friendly, professional and informative. Amazing workmanship for a great price. Even helped us out massively last minute. Would 100% recommend!

Appauling. Our oldish boiler broke down, leaving 2 young kids and a disabled adult in an old house, at 5 Centigrade inside. An initial phonecall to G Taylor seemed fine - he was busy that day and next, but could come after that. That seemed reasonable. (Though he sounded less interested when I told him the boiler model/age.) I managed to get the boiler started after trying for 5 hours, but had to leave it running 24/7 as I was too worried to turn it off, with minus 6 outside. It's making a terrible noise and on the edge of breakdown. I WhatsApp messaged Glen to explain this, and asked if he could come out and look at it / service / repair to keep it running. Glen read the messages, but NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO REPLY. I phoned him the next day, but he was dismissive and said he had better things to do than fix/service our boiler, as others were without heating. I tried to give work to a local business, but with our boiler most likely to stop at any moment, I'll need to go elsewhere. G Taylor really needs to learn how to communicate reliably with people who are depending upon him.
