I Would highly recommend Yoga on Tay. I Have been going for over 2 years now to the Thursday Iyengar class with Julie. She is such a nice friendly person, very patient with me and very knowledgeable on Yoga. The Teachers are all lovely, they make it a lovely place to go and you leave the class feeling so good in yourself.

Very popular yoga studio, Julie is a great teacher and studio is a beautiful calm space which is well kitted out. Classes must be pre-booked on website.
