I have had back problems for over 30 years and been treated by Physios across the UK across the years and Jo is absolutely one the best to have treated me. Probably the single best physio session and follow up home exercises I have had. Excellent knowledge, well equipped and comfortable treatment room, very professional.

I visited Joanne with an acute running injury. I liked that Joanne used a multiple therapy approach to tackle the issue and recommended exercises I could do at home. The injury resolved in no time at all thanks to Joanne's excellent physio skills. Incidentally, Joanne is also a first class Pilates instructor and I would recommend a combination of her professional physiotherapy services and her Pilates classes for all your muscle aches, strains and injuries. It really does work!
