Rowlands Pharmacy Newport On Tay

Pharmacy say they will not dispence cms prescription unless I phone what I need 10 days in advance but surgery says its not up to me to decide what I need that's not how cms works

This used to be a good pharmacy. Unfortunately the service is now very poor, bordering on negligent. They seem to now have a policy of not answering the phone. The new owners seem to be prioritising profit over adequate staffing levels and patient care.

After waiting 30 minutes jn the queue I was told that there's a new system whereby we have to phone up 7_ 10 days before the prescription is due for it to be ready in time. Things have gone from bad to worse this last year and it used to be such a great chemist.

Only one star as there isn't an option for 0 stars Quality of customer service is embarrassing I only live round the corner from this branch but now choose to take my prescriptions to Dundee
