Shell

Honestly as much as I hate shell as a company (though their greenwashing is objectively brilliant) I love the staff here and will always try fill up here because the staff are so pleasant. Honestly dont know what the other reviews are talking about. Pretty sure they must be confusing this with another petrol station if they say the staff are rude.

Doesn't accept the Shell go+ loyalty card. No signs or anything to say that. Why would they? It's not in their interest. Disappointing, especially after all this time.

Extremely unattended.Unsanitary toilets,bad self service car wash(no foam,and paid anyway) Plus everything messy. Ok just for the gas/petrol.

Arrived at 21-52 , selected nozzle and attempted to dispense fuel, none came, so went into the shop to be greeted by the most rude member of staff who said they are shut, I suggested she check her time as the door clearly stated the garage is open until 10 and both my watch and phone were showing it only 5 to 10 she then said her watch showed it after 10 and she only gets paid until then as she ushered me out. I pointed out that the pump was still in my fuel tank and so therefore must have been there before 10. She dismissed this and reaffirmed it was closed. Very rude and unhelpful.
