Myself and my good friend played the course today. Firstly I would like to say that the clubhouse, staff and members were very friendly and welcoming. The course itself has very much a divide between the two sets of 9 holes. The back 9 has a great feel to it with a good variety of holes and is very enjoyable. The front 9 has some terrific bunkering both in the placement and construction. Sadly I feel that the layout lets it down as it is very much up and down. I genuinely feel that the front 9 is of poor design that does not make the best use of the land available. We did enjoy our day but for me it would work better with the original 9 holes perhaps being played from 2 separate tees
