I would like to warn any supplier, trader against working with the owner (Gordon) of the company. Gordon have ordered lanyards for his customer. Unfortunately he forgot to sent to us a file with artwork and didn't response for our message. When he realized it (we still wanted to help him to keep the deadline) he was very rude and starteed insults us. After this we have canceled the order. Then he said: "I will do my best to ensure the general public and the trade overall are made aware of the atrocious your service." We will never accept that kind of behaviour. It is not what you can expect it as a traders. I checked the other reviews and I see it's not the first time when he is agressive.
