Messaged for a screen for my truck radio, they messaged back saying they would see if they could get a screen on the Monday, i have messaged a few times asking if they had any joy but no reply, tried calling the number and it just goes to voicemail, really thought these guys were good and had loads of people saying so, not very professional of them not to get back in touch

I've read the review below, kind of confusing because she is full of rubbish, I am impatient, more so than anyone I've ever met, and if I was unhappy I would be saying here, the deal I got was excellent, when I put a phone in a shop I have to also accept that they have many many phones to fix, many to help, it is a service and a shop yes, but anyone with a brain realises they may have to wait, and any issues should be sent privately especially if not paid. Speechless at that rudeness, anyway, I've ruined many phones, I've had many fixed, this is the first I've given a review to because they do deserve it, I think they are good at what they do, they empathise but also would be good for a laugh, which at this time is definitely needed, so I think it is OK to joke about anything, if we can't laugh then crying is the alternative, I prefer laughing, instead of moaning on the website I suggest paying first, my phone was in for screen too, and excellent service guys, good laugh, and excellent at explaining things, 10/10 guys!!!!!!!!!!!! Now ill be hunting for all my phones laptop and ipad to be fixed, be ready to be annoyed haha, anyway thank you for being so patient and thank you for this, it means a lot that I now can contact people especially my gran, I highly recommend these people, if it is urgent then tell them, they for sure don't mess around, I'm very vet very vet happy with the service, Lucy
