Home from Home Pet Care

From the moment i first called home from home pet care i knew it was going to be the place to leave my dog for four months while i went overseas. Samantha was knowledgeable, caring, unassuming, non judgemental and just seemed to love and understand all things dog. after an initial weekend visit proved me right.... i checked Munce in for 4 months. Sam kept me updated on any issues, went over and above with looking after my ole boy... daily fb pics kept me reassured how happy he was... and all the other dogs! and i came home to a groomed, clean, happy relaxed dog, like one of their family.... i couldnt have gone for so long without the confidence i had in the home stay. i definitely recommend. and will use again for sure:-)

Murphy had a 2 hour session with Tez and Samantha, really enjoyed the session, learnt a lot from them and they were great with Murphy and fantastic and explaining things. Highly recommended will definitely be taking Murphy back for more sessions in the future.

I absolutely love this place I have never had to worry as Samantha is the great and so professional. Sending my dog off to be taken care of is the same level of anxiety as sending off one of my kids and it couldnt have Been dealt with better. I can message anytime and Im met with a positive attitude and response. Darcey is jumping mad when she sees where she is going and that says plenty to me. Rates are such good value. Absolutely delighted!! Thanks for all the hard work xx

We took our 12 month old German Shepherd who gets over excited and anxious when meeting other dogs and people to meet Samantha and within five minutes she took him for a walk to calm and assess him Samantha is very knowledgeable and we highly recommend her. Samantha understands what he needs to move forward, we are looking forward to his next training session .

Cody our rescue Collie is a lovely natured dog, until she has sight of another dog, whereby she becomes very anxious and aggressive towards the other dog. I contacted Samantha and we arranged to meet at her training centre to have Cody's behaviour assessed and to try and determine how to help her overcome her anxieties, and to teach me the correct approach ,if faced with this problem,,when out walking her. Samantha conducted thorough assessment of Cody and advised me on a more appropriate way to walk her when we come within the area of other dogs. Following the three hour session I am a lot more confident and agree with Samantha that with regular practise on my leash technique, Cody will overcome this problem. I found Samantha to be very helpful and supportive throughout our session and fully recommend her services to anyone experiencing similar problems with Thier dog.
