Charmless customer service. My enquiry ref forthcoming reductions on a cube met with a vague response so I bought at full price and the item was then hugely discounted within weeks. A parsimonious effort at redress was made. It took the MD nearly 8 weeks to respond to my complaint with an inference that responsibility lay with me for not guessing that there would be a sale. Disappointing.
