Didn't allow myself enough time for the distillery tour but had a wander round and was able to take some good photos. Mainly reviewing the shop here and the great customer service from the girls/ladies on duty. All were friendly and helpful but special mention about Emily who tolerated more of my daft questions. Lovely, patient and knowledgeable. What a credit to her employer. I went in for a 40-50 bottle as a souvenir and walked out with over 1K worth of products

Always a great place to visit. Tours are excellent, or a taste. Fantastic shop and whisky selection.

Travelled from Edinburgh to visit the spiritual home of my late-father's favourite malt. Looked promising to begin with but when I entered the visitor shop with my two dogs I was rudely told that dogs were not allowed. No sign, nothing. I would understand if I was visiting a bakery, butchers or tablet making facility, but the visitor shop? In a whisky place? Determined to visit a distillery shop and keen to purchase some local malt I ended up at Balblair, 50 years older than Glenmorangie and 50 years ahead in terms of customer service. Balblair - a much more palatable Tain experience.
