        Do not trust this company!! We closed our account over 4 months ago and we have just received a letter saying we have an outstanding balance. We seem to still be getting charged a 'bill protector' even after we closed the account. Watch this company like a hawk as they make it hard for you to cancel. We will be taking this further.         Terrible service. Terrible customer service and a total rip off please avoid this company I have tried to switch from them and they are making it very difficult resulting in me not having gas for 72 hours and could be longer
