Dundonald Medical Practice

Terrible surgery and terrible staff also, was always made to feel so uncomfortable and it was always an unpleasant experience for me and my family, any doctors that I had an appointment with would just stare at there computer screen and say (huh huh) (Have you googled your problem) I thought the doctors now of days were meant to be experienced in giving medical advice and take care of the patient, show a little compassion and stop being so ruthless with your patients, the surgery has already had bad media attention for how appalling they treated there patients, I have been wanting to leave a review about this surgery for a long time but I suffer from several different medical conditions and for me to move doctors was difficult and I was scared to leave this review and then be treated even worse from the surgery. I have now moved to an outstanding doctors surgery. The staff of dundonald practise and this includes all doctors and the practice manager need to learn some manners and show more care and attention to there patients because the way there carrying on something will go wrong one day and then it will be too late to turn it around, and for any person reading this and your looking to file a complaint against a doctor or staff member there is no point as the practice manager brushes your complaint of and has the ordasity to call you and give you abuse over the phone for fileing a complaint. All I can say too finish this book of a review is I'm so happy I'm not at there surgery anymore and I would strongly advise if you can travel please join another doctors surgery as dundonald doctors are far to ruthless especially (DR DM ILLINGWORTH), I'm really not one too complain about things and usually I let them go like water off a ducks back but I really do worry about people going to this surgery and how mistreated they are being, i would imagine there will be a handful of patients that have always had okay experiences but from what I know and what I hear the practice is losing patients and doctors. One final word from me is Dundonald doctors are to be avoided if possible.
