        I live in a block of flats in the centre of Perth and we needed to have high level gutters cleaned and a large bush removed from a position half way up the wall. The bush had been growing for years. Access to the property is difficult but Alba managed to get their machine through a bottle-neck with inches to spare and completed the job expertly in the course of a Sunday morning when the area is free of parked cars. During the course of cleaning the gutters a defective part of it broke - which might have necessitated a return visit - but they obtained replacement parts during the few hours they were there and everything is now in perfect order. Alba gave a cheerful, professional service and we will certainly use them again. Denis Munro, Chairman Beaumont House Owners Association.
