Stayed in a local hotel Atholl Arms Hotel for 3 nights. Enjoyed glorias sunny weather. Had great walks over bridge to Birnam to see the Birnam Oak, also visited Beatrix Potter Garden. Walked by the River Tay up to Dunkeld House Hotel, saw the deer sitting in the sunshine, past The Cathedral, also walked up the driveway to the hotel. Stunning scenery. Well worth a visit

The Birnam Oak and Big Tree Country supports the most amazing wildlife. Red squirrels, beavers, pine martens, otters and salmon. Come see for yourselves.
