Love this shop- has great brands and is a little diamond find. The assistant was really helpful- finding great combinations and outfits. It was a pleasure to shop here- I will be back.

My friend and I visited this exclusive store a few days ago and for the second time we were disgusted with the service. The assistant ignored us, as she was chatting to a friend when we arrived and not once did she say 'Can I help you'. My friend chose 4 garments and she herself hung them in the fitting room, came out to look for other garments and when she returned to the fitting room the garments were gone. The assistant admitted to taking them away and returning them to the rails, without even saying, 'excuse me, are these yours'. Surely one would know if a customer had tried on Josef Ribcoff garments in a fitting room and left them there ? A few months ago, the same assistant served us and at that time, she was sitting, talking on her phone to a friend (obvious from the conversation) for about 15 mins., after we entered the shop. Not once did she lift her head and say, 'Can I help you?' We continued to search the rails, we both chose garments and finished up serving ourselves. She never moved from her seat to come to the fitting to to see if we were managing. We both bought garments, but I was not happy to be treated this way. For that reason I did not buy anything this time. My friend did, because the stock is exceptional, but I would not encourage this assistant should she ever be credited with selling the stock. She most certainly does not. When one is paying exceptional prices, one should be offered exceptional service. The owner of this establishment is needing to supervise the staff and offer sales instructions. It costs nothing to be pleasant to customers, after all they pay your wages !!
